Change-log:

• Spiking is now easier to do and more consistent. The requirement to be above the net has been removed, so you can now trigger the "spike" behavior just my dashing toward the net.

• You can now cancel hit-pause by tapping the Dash or Jump button during hit-pause. This can be used to instantly alter the aim and "fake-out" a bump or spike into a lob or drop-shot instead.

• the SFX for impacting the ball has been altered. I'm not entirely happy with it, but it closer to what I want.
